Petroleum solid waste
In the production process of the petroleum industry, various forms of solid waste such as oily wastewater sludge, high viscosity heavy oil tank bottom residue, and oily drilling cuttings are generated. These materials generally have the characteristics of high oil content, high viscosity, easy adhesion, and easy blockage, which are long-term pain points in the solid waste treatment process of petrochemical enterprises.
In response to the industry challenges mentioned above, Huide Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection has independently developed specialized equipment for rotary wing hot melt machines. The equipment has unique structural advantages in specially designed spiral conveying and unobstructed discharge, which can effectively overcome the blockage and transportation bottleneck caused by high viscosity and oily materials on conventional equipment. At the same time, the equipment integrates cooling and waste heat recovery design, which can efficiently recover residual heat from the sludge during the treatment process, achieve preliminary separation and stability of solid and liquid phases, and reduce waste output.
Our plan aims to achieve "source reduction, resource utilization, energy conservation and consumption reduction", helping petrochemical enterprises achieve compliant disposal of solid waste and efficient utilization of resources, while balancing environmental and economic benefits.
